1. Terms and definitions
1.1. Service — an online platform providing services for operations with digital currencies.
1.2. User — any individual who has agreed to the terms of this agreement. Hereafter, the User and the Service are jointly referred to as the "Parties".
1.3. Order — an electronic request from the User submitted through the Service interface, confirming the intention to use the services on the specified terms.
1.4. Exchange — the transfer of digital assets between parties using funds.
1.5. Exchange rate — the ratio of value between the two currencies being exchanged.
1.6. Agreement — the contract between the Parties governing the procedure for providing services.
2. Subject of the agreement and its application
2.1. The Service provides services for digital currency operations at the User's request, as well as other services presented on the website.
2.2. The Agreement is considered concluded at the moment the User submits the Order. Each new Order forms a separate agreement under current terms.
2.3. The Agreement takes effect after completion of Order submission and assignment of a unique number.
2.4. All Order parameters are recorded automatically.
2.5. The Agreement terminates upon fulfillment of obligations or cancellation of the Order.
2.6. The Service reserves the right to change the terms of the agreement without prior notice by publishing the current version on the website.
3. Terms of service
3.1. Use of the service is only possible with consent to the terms of the agreement.
3.2. The exchange rate is set automatically and displayed on the website.
3.3. The Service has the right to change the rate unilaterally.
3.4. Rate fixing procedure:
- the rate is fixed for 10 minutes from the moment an exchange direction is chosen;
- when an Order is created during this period, the rate remains valid under the general provision for payment;
- in case of payment delay, a new rate applies;
- the rate may change if transaction confirmations are missing for more than 8 hours;
- the rate may change if there is an error in data not corrected within 8 hours;
- the rate may be revised if the market changes by more than 1%.
3.5. Order management is performed through the Service interface.
3.6. Operations are performed in accordance with the privacy policy and AML/KYC requirements.
3.7. Completed operations cannot be cancelled.
3.8. If payment is not made within 10 minutes, the Order is cancelled.
3.9. Funds received after cancellation may be returned with commissions withheld.
3.10. In case of an amount discrepancy, the Service has the right to recalculate the operation.
3.11. If the operation is not completed within 72 hours without grounds for blocking, the User has the right to request a refund.
3.12. Refund is performed within 48 hours of request.
3.13. If the rate changes by more than 1%, unclaimed funds are processed at the rate at the moment of Order creation.
3.14. The Service has the right to involve third parties.
3.15. The Service has the right to cancel the Order and refund funds without explanation.
3.16. The Service has the right to refuse service.
3.17. The Service may suspend the operation to perform identification.
3.18. The User confirms the legality of the source of funds and absence of involvement in illegal activities.
3.19. Execution begins after receiving the required number of network confirmations.
3.20. In case of an error in details, the User must provide correct data; commissions are paid at their expense.
4. Limitation of liability
4.1. The User confirms the absence of restrictions associated with sanctioned jurisdictions.
4.2. Services are available only to adults.
4.3. The Service's liability is limited to the amount of the operation.
4.4. The Service does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
4.5. The Service is not responsible for failures of banks and payment systems.
4.6. The Service is not responsible for User expectations regarding rates.
4.7. Errors in details are the User's responsibility.
4.8. Interference with the Service is prohibited.
4.9. The Parties are released from liability in case of force majeure.
4.10. Financial institutions are responsible for the funds entrusted to them.
4.11. The Service is not responsible for actions of third-party payment services.
5. Final provisions
5.1. The Service may send notifications to the User.
5.2. All materials of the website are protected by copyright.
5.3. Use of the service means full agreement with the terms of the agreement.
